Ah.... the Rugnetta's. My second year of shooting their holiday cards. My how they've grown. Cute as buttons and sweet as pie.... P.S. The tutu's and wife beaters? My idea thank you very much! I think it worked out just swell.
We went to the beach for the Lakis family portrait shoot. The sun was setting and the reflection on the sand, the colors of the rocks, and their choice of clothes couldn't of set the tone more perfectly for the card they chose.
I love this back shot. They were a bit hesitant on walking with the kids like this, in fear it would look a bit "cheesy", but I knew better!
This is the Zane Family, another great family I worked with from Dapplegray Elementary. She gave me free reign to design the card how I wanted. It was great!
These are my three beautiful nephews. Caiden is the oldest and we call him an "old soul". He's so freakin' sweet and thoughtful he makes me wanna be a better person. Jace is the "middle little", as my mom calls him. He's a pistol! Since he was born, he's had a mind of his own. He's only four, but I swear I have adult-like conversations with the kid. He's really funny and has the best hair in our family, hands down. Cole Bear is our little Buddha. He's such a CHILL baby. I think since he's the youngest he just sits and observes all the chaos around him. His smile melts my heart. These boys are my pride and joy.
This shot was for the back of the card. It was so easy to take and my sister and I really didn't think the boys would be willing to, not only sit still for a little, BUT put their arms around each other!? Cole Bear, the littlest, put his hand on his brother on his OWN! I was bursting inside with the cuteness of it.
This is Ethan and Blaine. we went to the park to do this shoot and let's just say they weren't too into me doing a "photo shoot" with them. Lots of bribery was involved, (lollipops, gum, I think even an I Pod purchase!), but it worked out great, and made their mom Shannon SO happy to have some shots her her little guys.
This was Tyson's first Christmas. This little guys eyes just mesmerize me. He looks at the world with such curiosity. He's got this dimple poking into his cheek that makes me wanna just EAT him!
The Navarro family does a theme card every year. This year it was blowing out a candle to go with the bible exert they put on the card. The little girls were so cute and they reminded me a bit of my sister and me when we were that age.

These are the Wirtz kids, Lofton and Taylor. Their mom, Della was awesome to work with! I love how just changing the colors and wording of the card gives it a completely different feel.
